About RevFlo

RevFlo is a platform designed to generate additional revenue on confirmation pages of companies, publishers and influencers by serving relevant advertisements to the funnel owner's audience. The concept behind RevFlo is to leverage the confirmation pages (the page users see after completing a transaction or signing up for something) to display ads that are relevant to the user's interests, thus creating more opportunities for monetization. The revenue generated from these ads is shared with the funnel owners, typically in a 50/50 split. This not only increases the overall revenue but also provides a more personalized experience for users going through the funnel

What does RevFlo do?

RevFlo provides services to companies, publishers and influencers (“Partners”) that allow you to receive offers, promotions, discounts, invitations, and calendar subscription invitations, and to interact with other relevant marketing services (including during or after a transaction or sign-up) (collectively, “Offers”) from third-party advertisers (“Advertisers”), displayed on RevFlo Sites. You may choose to sign up to receive communications in respect of such Offers, including by email, phone, or SMS, from Advertisers or Partners, and from RevFlo.

What are the consequences of opting into RevFlo’s Offers?

There is no obligation for you to sign up for Offers. If you sign up for any Offers, we may share your Personal Information, where applicable, with the Advertiser identified in the Offer, so that any Offers they have offered may be fulfilled by them. Importantly, there are no negative consequences if you do not sign up for an Offer.

RevFlo takes your privacy very seriously and is committed to protecting it. We understand that you will only use our service if you can trust us to protect your Personal Information and use it appropriately.

What is Personal Information?

“Personal Information” or “Personal Data” is information about you which (i) can be used to identify, contact or locate you; (ii) can be combined with other information that is linked to you; or (iii) is defined as “Personal Data” or “Personal Information” by applicable laws or regulations relating to the collection, use, storage, or disclosure of information about you.

Types of Personal Information that we collect, when, why and from whom (our basis for processing)

We collect and process a number of categories of Personal Information, on the basis of the legitimate interests of RevFlo and its Partners and Advertisers:

• Personal Information you give us when you engage with us or sign up for Offers across RevFlo Sites.
• Personal Information you provide to us through our various customer contact channels.
• Personal Information about you provided to us by Advertisers and Partners.
• Usage data about your interactions with the RevFlo Sites and/or Offers or any communications sent on behalf of RevFlo, Advertisers, or Partners.
• Information we automatically obtain using cookies, eTags/cache browsers, pixels, web beacons/GIFs, local storage, or other identifiers or other tracking technologies on RevFlo Sites and in emails we send you.
• Personal Information about you that we may obtain from third-party sources and platforms.

Use and disclosure of your Personal Information

RevFlo’s technology allows us to display Offers from Partners and Advertisers on RevFlo Sites and allows you to sign up to receive communications with respect to such Offers. The following subsections detail how your Personal Information is used by RevFlo, as well as the basis on which we disclose information to our Partners and Advertisers and other third-party processors.

Use of Personal Information by RevFlo

We use your Personal Information for purposes including:

• Providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving our technology, products, and services.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of our services.
• Selecting, displaying, and providing to you Offers that are targeted and customized to your interests.
• Predicting what Offers are relevant and engaging to people like you.
• Making our services easier to use by eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter your information.
• Sending you confirmation messages, further details messages, and follow-up reminders for Offers that you have signed up for.
• Sending you marketing and promotional materials you have elected to receive.
• Maintaining appropriate legal or business records.
• Enabling us to conduct customer research and develop new services.
• Validating the information you provide to us.
• Verifying your identity in relation to privacy requests you make.

Disclosure of your Personal Information to Advertisers or Partners

We disclose your Personal Information to:

• Partners when you engage with Offers while on the Partner’s site.
• Named Advertisers if you indicate that you wish to accept their Offers.
• Further disclosure of your Personal Information to third-party agents and processors, Advertisers or Partners if you have entered a contest or promotion sponsored by RevFlo via their site.
• Any member of the RevFlo Group, meaning subsidiaries of parent company RevFlo Inc.
• As required by any law, subpoena, court order, or other enforceable legal process.
• As necessary to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
• As necessary for us to do in order to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• As part of or in anticipation of a business sale, merger, consolidation, investment, change in control, transfer of substantial corporate assets, reorganization, liquidation, or similar business transaction or corporate event.
• For such other purposes that are consistent with the way we have informed you that we will use your Personal Information.

Information security safeguards

The security of your Personal Information is a priority for us. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to safeguard Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

Data retention

RevFlo sets data retention periods in consultation with its Partners and Advertisers in determining how long to retain the Personal Information about you supplied to us by them. We rely on criteria to help determine the appropriate retention periods.

How we use Tracking Technologies

When we display online Offers to you, we may use one or more persistent “Tracking Technologies” to recognize you and your device each time we display Offers to you.

What this Privacy Policy does not cover

Where RevFlo provides information to a third-party, you acknowledge that your Personal Information will be handled by that third party in accordance with its own privacy policy and not in accordance with the RevFlo Privacy Policy.

Your privacy rights

Where provided for by applicable law where you are located, you may have a number of rights regarding the processing of your Personal Information. These rights include:

• The right to request access to, or copies of, your Personal Information.
• The right to request rectification of any inaccuracies in your Personal Information.
• The right to request, on legitimate grounds, deletion of your Personal Information or restriction of processing.
• The right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your Personal Information.

How do I withdraw consent / unsubscribe from marketing communications?

To unsubscribe from:

• Any specific electronic correspondence from RevFlo, use the ‘unsubscribe’ link contained in emails we send you or reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive.
• All future email correspondence from RevFlo, please send an email to privacy@revflo.me with the subject “Withdraw Consent” and we will unsubscribe you from all communications we send you.

How do I opt out of Offers?

To request to opt out of seeing all future third-party Advertiser Offers on RevFlo Sites, please send an email to privacy@revflo.me with the subject “Opt Out”.

Additional Privacy Disclosures for California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:

1. Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which your personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling your personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.
2. Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
3. Right to Opt-Out of Sale: If we sell your personal information, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information to third parties. Currently, we do not sell personal information.
4. Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA.

Shine the Light Law

Under California's "Shine the Light" law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once a calendar year, information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately preceding calendar year.

Children’s privacy

RevFlo does not allow advertisements to be targeted at individuals under the age of 16 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
